Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2, 2026
By using Briff (briff.dev) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
What Briff is
Briff aggregates titles and metadata from public developer sources (Hacker News, GitHub, DEV.to, Product Hunt, Lobsters, Medium) and any RSS/Atom feeds you add, into a single feed. You browse and click out to the original source. Briff does not host the linked content.
Third-party content
Content shown in Briff belongs to its original publishers and is provided “as is.” We don’t control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legality of third-party content or the sites we link to. Your use of external content is subject to those sites’ own terms.
Your account and content
You’re responsible for activity under your account and for the URLs you add as custom feeds. Don’t add feeds you have no right to use, and don’t use Briff to break the law, abuse the service or its sources, attempt to access others’ data, or disrupt the service.
Availability
Briff is offered on a best-effort basis and may change, break, or go away without notice. We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove access to protect the service or its upstream sources.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Briff and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
